Oha Soup
Ingredients Required:

Stock fish
-
Meat
-
Achi
-
Crayfish
-
Cocoyam
-
Oha leaves
-
Palm Oil
-
Maggi
-
Salt
-
Onions
Method
-
Cook beef and stock fish with Onions and seasoning together for 10 minutes
-
Add Palm Oil , Cray fish and Achi and further cook for 5 minutes
-
In a separate pot cook cocoyam for 20 minutes, peel the skin and mash cooked cocoyam
-
to turn puree. ( You can use cocoyam powder if you have)

After bringing mixture to boil , add Cocoyam puree or cocoyam paste
-
Allow cocoyam to dissolve in soup and then add your grated Oha leaves
-
Allow further cook for 5 minutes

Serve hot and enjoy
