Oha Soup

Ingredients Required:

  • Stock fish

  • Meat

  • Achi

  • Crayfish

  • Cocoyam

  • Oha leaves

  • Palm Oil

  • Maggi

  • Salt

  • Onions

Method

  • Cook beef and stock fish with Onions and seasoning together for 10 minutes

  • Add Palm Oil , Cray fish and Achi and further cook for 5 minutes

  • In a separate pot cook cocoyam for 20 minutes, peel  the skin and mash cooked cocoyam

  • to turn puree. ( You can use cocoyam powder if you have)

  • After bringing mixture to boil , add Cocoyam puree or cocoyam paste

  • Allow cocoyam to dissolve in soup and then add your grated Oha leaves

  • Allow further cook for  5 minutes 

  • Serve hot and enjoy
