In the era of fast and frolic routine, it is very daunting to meet the requirements of our body. The high demands of proteins and nutrition are hardly met and one may suffer from the scarcity of these extremely important compounds. With the blessed concoction of taste and health, here is the new recipe that is really appreciated by everyone and is simultaneously very health with a kicking spicy taste. This is very easy to process and requires handful of important condiments are a part and parcel of your kitchen store.

Ingredients Required:

  • Goat Head

  • Salt

  • 1 medium Onion

  • 2 Knor cubes

  • ½ tbsp. Thyme

  • ½ tbsp. garlic powder

  • 4 scotch bonnets

  • 125 ml Palm oil

  • Utazi leaves soaked in water

  • 2 calabash nutmeg

  • 25 ml Potash solution (2 tbsp. potash)

  • 2 tbsp. crayfish

Method

  • Throw in properly chunked goat’s head into a pot and pour around 2 cups of water into it.

  • Add crumbled stocks of knor cubes, ginger powder, salt, and garlic powder, half paste of blended scotch bonnets, chopped onion and thyme to the pot and stir properly.

  • Cover the pot with a lid and allow it to cook for 30 minutes.

  • Pound roasted Calabash nutmeg and keep it aside to use.

  • Spew some palm oil in a frying pan and append in the dissolved potash solution and jumble vigorously to witness the color change.

  • Further add pulverized nutmeg, remaining scotch bonnets paste, soaked Utazi leaves and crayfish powder and keep stirring the contents.

  • Transfer the textured palm oil into the cooked goat meat’s pot and mix everything properly.

  • Simmer the ingredients for another 5 minutes and relish.
